Customer Service
How do I subscribe to frieze magazine?
We have launched a new membership scheme, which allows you to receive 8 issues of frieze magazine per year. Become an In Print member to subscribe to the magazine, at frieze.com/membership.
Who should I contact if I have any questions about, or would like to make changes to, my order?
Any questions, including to update or change your subscription address, please contact us on membership@frieze.com.
When should I expect my magazine to arrive?
If you have purchased an In Print membership this will be automatically started with the next issue, and the publication date will be confirmed in your order confirmation. This is the date that we would expect the magazine to reach most UK and European addresses. However, addresses elsewhere may take an additional 5 working days.
If you have ordered a single issue, you will receive notification once the details of your order have been sent to the mailing house. After this point we estimate 2-3 working days for UK delivery, 6-9 in Europe and 10-15 elsewhere.
When should I expect my order to arrive and what will I be charged?
Please allow up to 7 working days after placing your order for your item to be shipped.
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Frieze Publishing Limited refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Can I track my order?
All back issues, publications and single issue copies are sent by standard local mail. This is Royal Mail in the UK and local equivalents elsewhere. These are not sent by tracked mail, but if you have any questions about whether your order should have arrived, or think it may have become lost, please email help@frieze.com with your order details.
